In order to meet the new requirement of Zinc Aluminium flake coating especially to the high tensile heat treated fasteners, our company is equipped with facilities such as Shot blast, Dip Spin & Baking Oven. We have also implemented machineries such as Conveyor oven, Tilt model Dip Spin Machine and in line for production, We have implemented Salt Spray Chamber for testing purpose. We have been successful in this coating for the past 6 years and now we are the approved licensed job coaters of Dorken Coating GMBH & Co KG in Chennai Area.

Our Coating Process Successfully achieving the 1000 Hrs salt spray & Cyclic corrosion with lower thickness. Production capacity 200 tons / month without any difficulties with present machineries.
